Magizhan Selvan
Chief Executive Officer
Magizhan founded Namma Yatri with a conviction that urban mobility infrastructure should be a public good, not a private extraction mechanism. He previously led product at a major South Asian logistics network and holds a degree in Computer Science from IIT Madras.
Arjun Krishnamurthy
Head of Platform Engineering
Arjun leads the open-source engineering effort at Namma Yatri, overseeing the dispatch engine, driver app, and API platform. He brings over a decade of experience building distributed systems at scale across mobility and fintech companies in India and Singapore.
Priya Nambiar
VP of Driver Experience
Priya built and leads the Driver Experience function at Namma Yatri, responsible for onboarding, income welfare programs, and community governance structures. She previously ran driver partnerships for a regional Southeast Asian mobility operator across Vietnam and Thailand.

Open Roadmap
Our product roadmap is public. Driver community councils vote on feature priorities. No closed-door roadmap decisions.
Flat Decision-Making
Engineering, product, and operations teams operate without hierarchy on platform decisions. The best argument wins, not the highest title.
Driver Council Seats
Two seats on the platform governance council are reserved for elected driver representatives who have veto power on commission and pricing policies.
