Open Mobility Platform
Namma Yatri provides the complete open-source technology stack for launching, operating, and governing a community-owned ride-hailing network — with driver income and rider transparency built in at every layer.
Core Infrastructure
The Namma Yatri dispatch engine is fully open-source. Every matching decision — driver selection, route assignment, demand prediction — is governed by auditable algorithms that cities and operator communities can inspect, modify, and govern.
Unlike proprietary platforms, our engine does not optimize for platform revenue. It optimizes for driver utilization and rider wait time, with community-set weighting parameters.
Driver Tools
The Namma Yatri driver app is built around one principle: the driver has complete information and complete control. Before accepting any ride, the driver sees the full route, fare, distance, and rider history.
The income dashboard provides real-time earnings tracking, shift analytics, peak demand heatmaps, and weekly income summaries — giving drivers the data they need to make informed decisions about when and where to work.
Payments
Namma Yatri's payment rails are designed for zero-commission operation. When a rider pays, the full agreed fare goes to the driver. There is no per-ride platform deduction, no hidden settlement delay, no dynamic pricing black box.
Drivers receive earnings settlement within 24 hours via bank transfer or UPI. Riders see a complete fare receipt with every line-item cost disclosed before ride confirmation.
Full Platform
From city onboarding to driver welfare programs, Namma Yatri is a complete operating system for open ride-hailing.
Deploy Namma Yatri in a new city in under 30 days. Pre-configured zone maps, driver onboarding flows, and local payment integrations included.
Integrated KYC, license verification, and vehicle inspection workflows. Background check API connects to regional motor authority databases.
Built-in voting and proposal tools for driver and rider councils. Governance decisions are recorded on-chain for auditability.
REST and webhook APIs for third-party fleet tools, government data integrations, and driver welfare app builders. Full OpenAPI specification published.
Anonymized aggregated data dashboards for city planners — demand heatmaps, coverage gaps, and driver supply patterns by zone and hour.
A platform-funded minimum earnings guarantee smooths demand volatility. Drivers below the daily floor receive a top-up from the community welfare fund.
Deployment
Our city onboarding process is designed to get a functional ride-hailing network operational in under 30 days.
Our team conducts a 5-day assessment of local regulatory requirements, payment infrastructure, and driver community structure.
Configure zones, base rates, surge caps, and governance parameters in collaboration with a founding driver council of at least 10 local drivers.
KYC and vehicle verification for the first cohort. Driver Income Shield activated from day one. Minimum 50 active drivers before rider-facing launch.
Rider app activated. City driver council formally constituted with elected governance seats. Monthly platform governance meetings begin.
